Hit a Milestone...but with a question

I hit a milestone on the scale this morning but today isn't my "official weigh in day". Do I log the loss or wait until Friday? Thoughts? Opinions? I'm going back and forth on whether or not to log it.

    Up to you! I say it counts no matter what. However, if you're trying to only record on official weigh in days, then wait. I log all my losses, because they're real even if it's only for a day or two. :wink:

    Maybe you could log it and be extra good for the week so you know that come weigh in day you'll definitely be there if not surpassing your goal?

    I weigh everyday - It is the only way I stay motivated.

    When I see a gain (because you will if you weigh daily) it pushes me to work harder, if I see a loss, I log that sucker!! lol
