I'm with you there. i have 60 lbs to lose and my little girl is turning 1 in a month. I'm using the Nutrisystem 5 day kits to train my body to get use to small portions. It's not a forever fix though. Soon I'll switch to cooking my own meals and teaching myself to make healthy choices. :)

I'm planning on march 2012, but its complicated with the dates right now since we both live in different countries :) But I'm trying to lose about 30lbs.

I did all of level one for the 30 day shred, granted i quit it after. But after i stopped doing it, I started losing all the weight i gained during the period i did the exercise, plus 1 or 2 more. Once you stop for a while you'll see the scale drop. My suggestion is if you can continue, then continue it! You'll see the…

My boyfriend is about 45 pounds lighter than me. I know what it feels like to be a house next to a tree. Either though my goal weight isn't going to get me under his weight I think I'll be happier with what I look like standing next to him at that point. I do envy his bottomless pit of a stomach. I know what you gals mean…

Sounds normal, although everyone is different. I've been doing the 30 Day Shred now for 9 days and lost 2 inches in my waist and i think i gained in my hips for some reason. It happens :tongue:

my HRM gives me an average of 400 calories. But it's different for everyone :) Plus im really out of shape :sad:

Thank you ladies :) I shall do my best to just hang on and not lose modivation like I usually do. On to day 7 of the 30 Day shred :) I'm thinking about adding on phase one of slim in 6 as well for the extra cardio :wink:

I think I'm on the same time line as you gals :) I just completed day 6 of the 30 day shred as well. I think I'll keep an eye on this thread to keep me motivated ;) Anyone else notice their endurance getting better? I sure have! :tongue:
