75 lbs Done and Dusted (with pics)

A Personal milestone for me - so I thought I would share it with you all. My before's were taken when I had already lost 10kgs (20lbs)

I love my "new look", but more importantly I love how healthy I feel - I have energy - I sleep like a baby (from a previously serial insomniac)

When I started I was wearing size 26 jeans - this week I bought size 18's!!!
