Hi, I am not giving up wine even though it doesn't help but I am eating low carb and have learned not to weigh myself if i have a carb high day. Low carb is the way to go for me, and I will do it forever. I see a few other Queenslanders here. Isn't this weather the pits? I have tickets to the cricket tonight. :-(

And I am back from my beach holiday, but you don't get to see photos of me in swimmers! Only put on about half a kilo or a lb, so I am happy. Yep, overate yesterday at a party. Fasting today, woke up still feeling full! I have lost 4 kilos since I started but I think nothing more is seriously going to happen until January. I am just hoping to maintain over xmas. Wish me luck and good luck to you all!

Weigh in day for me and 100 grams up. Those carbs! Also had miso soup yesterday while fasting. Delicious but salty so maybe contributing to fluid retention. You win some, you lose some. Could have been worse given the time of year!
