  • Vodka and soda water, buy some fresh limes and squeze some slices in there too (or there's lime cordial but i find it too sweet) It can be really nice if you get the balance right Also stops you from making your drinks too strong :) Have a good BBQ!
  • Add magnesium too if you're prone to muscle cramps........
  • Hi Holly, Sounds like the exercise you do is maintaining the level you're at. Sherany72 is right, you may have to try an additional sport, mix your body up a bit. There's a recipes section on here too, might be worth checking out :) Good luck and have fun!

  • This one can be a killer, but you only need some floor space and some good music :) You do 10 reps and 3 sets. so this is the cycle Start: lay on your back with your body flat and arms out straight from your shoulders like a T come up into a legs off floor crunch (legs off floor bent 90 deg, arms to feet) start position…
  • What a good idea, thanks for that!
  • Navy, So it can be difficult when we're at sea. As you don't get to make your own meal, just try to find the best choice off the line. If you organise your time well, you can get gym time in there. There's been a mentality shift from our heirachy with increased focus on health and fitness, and work time dedicated to…
  • Hello, I know what you're saying, my focus is not actually on what I weigh but on my muscle/fat mass ratio. I am far more satisfied with that goal than on what I weigh on the scales. That and on reducing body measurements. So all the best, and add me if you want help motivating, I know i can always do with it :)
  • Take satisfaction in the fact that you have lost inches in measurement as that is equally important! I just lost some weight but a lot of that was muscle ratio as I hadn't worked out in a week and a half, but my measurements we're down as well, reflecting the fitness work i'd put in the weeks prior. So, yes musle/fat mass…
  • Hi there, I'll add you if you'd like to accept. I really enjoy running, but have yet to do a marathon at all. But i can motivate and chat :)
  • You guys get almond M&M's? damn, kinda glad they haven't made it to Oz.

  • Once you know how it works, it is actually realy normal/common. I fit two sizes, 40 one cup size then 38 in the cup size up. But you did the right thing getting fitted properly! Also congrats on going down on the back strap size, you must have become leaner. Good fitting everyday bras and supportive sports bras are…
  • I'm looking for people to keep me on track too. So yes, no worries. Where I'm at: I am technically in my healthy bmi range (because I'm tall) but I need to work on my fat to muscle ratio. So I'm focussing on the fitness and healthy eating, and helping other people will halp me too!
  • Hey there, I was talking abou this with a friend just recently. Like me, she drinks her coffee/tea black, and she was saying that just one day it started causing acid reflux. She looked into it and apparently it's an age thing? I'm hoping it doesn't happen to me as even though I only have one coffee a day, I simply enjoy…

  • Hi there, I'm brand new to this site. But a good tip is that variety is best. If you constantly do the same type of exercise/distance/time etc your body becomes accustom to it and you loose the initial benefits. So mix it up as best as you can. Cardio, spin, body pump, weight training, your fun motivated dance type…
