Oh look. Our ticker pictures are gone. Hadn't noticed that yet.

Wish I could do that. Not able to leave the hospital, despite it being super "s" word here.

Hola.

LOL, I'm just gonna leave this here. http://www.cdc.gov/flu/about/qa/nasalspray.htm

Just FYI, most influenza vaccines are a nasal spray.

It's going to take some getting used to, but I think I like it.

It is not possible for a woman to gain muscle weight in a short amount of time. Even if she's a bodybuilder. It's also not possible to gain muscle eating at a deficit. Muscle requires fuel to grow. It is likely water weight and measuring your food on a food scale and accurately logging will help.

What kind of surgery did you have that they pumped gas into you? Do you mean anesthetic gas? That goes in your lungs and you breathe it out, it doesn't stay there nor does it go in your belly unless there's a hole in your lung.

Mine's 1-2 hours depending on if there's an express train. And I work four 12 hour shifts. So I dunno, I just lose an hour of sleep and go after work.

Yes, it's definitely your user name.

Injured, so nothing now. But my pre-injury lifts were as follows: @129 lb body weight: Squats: 135 Deadlifts: 160 Bench: 95 *my injury had zero to do with lifting.

You've been working nightshift for a long time now. You already know that you just treat it like any other shift as far as meals go. Personally I find it helpful to log my food on a 24 hour schedule. 24 hours is 24 hours no matter how you look at it. My diary is set up like this: 8am-12pm 12pm-4pm 4pm-8pm 8pm-12am 12am-4am…

You can buy a squat rack and weights to use at home if you are too self conscious to go to a gym. There are also many body weight exercises you can do at home. I've heard good things about "You Are Your Own Gym" and "Convict Conditioning Training" programs.

Careful OP! Don't want to sully yourself by dating a serf!

I'm pretty sure most of society has outgrown the caste system and feudalism.

Probably just making small talk trying to drum up new business.

It annoys me when people do this at the gym, either gender. And it's usually doing something like 15# arm curls. It feels like they're trying to draw attention to themselves and show off. Not impressed. I also hate it when I'm in the middle of a big lift and the yells distract me and throw off my balance.

I'm with this. That sounds like torture to me, but to each their own. But to answer the question, no. If I miss exercise one day or another, I don't obsess on it or try to make it up. Just start where I left off. I do do this sometimes with food though.

Definitely buy a food scale. Accurate logging can make all the difference. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/872212-you-re-probably-eating-more-than-you-think

Lillith? To answer the question, honestly my goal is to look good in clothes. I love fashion and just want to be able to wear clothes that I normally wouldn't be comfortable wearing. IDGAF what I look like naked.

I am most successful when I eat the things I like within moderation. I do have macro goals and try to stay within my goals. It's when I cut things out of my diet that I enjoy that I tend to "eff this, I do what I want!" and give up. Tea is fine and is generally calorie free or very low calorie. Unless sweetened, no reason…

Am I thinking of something else? Last I checked they had 20g protein per bar.

I eat one for breakfast just about every day. Not dead yet. They keep me satiated until I have time to have an actual meal since I work busy overnights.
