I put mine in boiling water for two minutes then I add it to sautéed garlic in a tbsp of olive oil with some fresh tomatoes. I then add some fresh basil and either parmagiana cheese or a tiny bit of fresh mozzarella.

Great job! I'm hoping for the same. While I'm still on meds, I cut it down to half the amount and find when I exercise in the evening, my fasting bs is much better.

I sauté a little onion in some olive oil, add zucchini, then add either fresh chopped tomatoes or a can of tomatoes. Cover and simmer until zucchini is soft. Of course, season with salt, pepper and whatever other seasonings you may like.

I just found his Disco Sweat on YouTube! It was cheesy and corny but I had a great time doing it! Do whatever is going to make you want to move. It's fun cardio!!!

I dice an onion and let is soak in lemon or lime juice for a few minutes. Add avocado, chopped tomatoes, some coriander and black pepper. Will usually add a little more lemon.
