I've tried so many diets. Each one brings me little weight loss and craving sugar and carbs in the end. I recently bought a veggie spiralizer and started eating vegetarian for breakfast and lunch and saving protein for dinner. I'm noticing I'm not as hungry as before. I'm hoping with support and some better eating habits, I'll finally find my way to my weight loss goal and find a long term way of eating.0

Similar story here, like many of you! I’m 245 (112kg) and hoping to get to 155 (70kg) to start. I’m pretty crap at posting in groups but I often check my news feed and comment on friends progress/ posts. Diary open for friends to look at.
