Before and Now - Self Recognition

Hi All
I wanted to come and start this blog / chat to help us give ourselves some recognition of how far we have come and how well we are all doing.
I woke up to a shocking picture of me on my memories page on FB this morning from 6 years ago, which actually bought tears to my eyes.
It made me realise how hard I am on myself and that I actually see myself as that 16 stone girl when I look in the mirror. So I thought it was time that I actually had a look back on some of my photos.
I would like to share this with you all, as we are all here for the same reason.
Please feel free to share your pics, maybe you are trying to put on weight or bulk up your muscles.
All I can say is that this morning has been a real eye opener and after doing this collage I feel I can hold my head high.
I know I have put myself up for some scrutinisation here but here is goes!!

    This after was at Cristmas. I am down another 35lbs since then. Heads shots below are about a week or two old for the after shot

    6 months of lifting progress.

    Lost 50 pounds my first year here, been maintaining and doing body recomposition for the last 3.5 years.
