Great information here. I was in the same position a few months ago. I just steadily increased the intensity of my workouts and I was back on track. I think I was being to relaxed with my regime.

My favorite condition is probably light showers. Heavy rain is tough. Soggy shoes, wet clothes, just makes the experience tougher in my opinion.

Bananas will fix this problem right up. I remember getting these cramps, boy it feels like your calf is going to explode. But bananas will stop the cramps. I think it is caused by a lack of potassium.

I found this too, but it was infact that I was putting on more muscle which is heavier then fat.
-
I have to agree that aiming for 15+ is a good sign to increase resistance.
-
Lol genius way to start a thread. You got me. Well done with your progress.
-
SO awesome. You look great.

I didn't before. But it's been quite generous in recent times, so I trust it now.
-
Wow that is really intense great work. I'm also currently training for a half marathon, so trying to do about 50km a week. But blisters are the killer for me. I invested in a good pair of shoes, but they just keep coming.

Looks tasty. I haven't had a protein bar that I really enjoyed in ages.

Fruits: blueberries, strawberris, tomatos, apples and bananas. Veges: Sweet potatos, spinach, onion, jalapenos

Rest is what you need. I tried to train through heel splints and boy was it painful and I never got through a workout feeling that I gave 110%. After a 2 week rest I was back to training like normal and in that time I didn't gain any extra weight. So yes you should rest.

Definitley being called the fat one of my friend circle by a group of guys in high school. Man that hurt and I still use that as my motivation today.

Definitely it is down to how much excersing you do. I eat around 2000 calories a day and exercise for at least twenty minutes a day. I have seen a positive trend in my weight loss and I feel I'm not starving myself, which is keeping me on track.
-
I feel the same way, but I force myself to eat something before I leave in the morning. Usually it is a bowl of oatmeal, but sometimes I'm naughty and just have a banana. I find when I do eat in the morning, I consume less calories during the day, which is a positive indicator of how important breakfast is.

Rolling Stones and ACDC for me :)

Yes definitely have to agree with splits. It is the most effective way to manage your time and gives your body teh rest it needs.
-
Same here. I signed up to a12k fun run. So excited :) basically I'm going for three 4k runs a week and slowely up the km as it gets closer to the date.
-
It's a good start, you will get there eventually. Just slowely increse the time and weight and you will achieve your goals. I'm basically in the same situation.

Yeah I have to agree with you, there really isn’t much information out there. The meal plans aren’t USA specific, as I’m in the UK and have found everything I need to follow them. I’m currently on the 1600 calorie meal plan and all the foods have been no trouble to find. I won’t put my whole plan up, but basically my lunch…

Maybe a weight gaining supplement will help you close the gap.
-
ran 2 miles this morning, so I'll make my goal 40 miles. Hopefully I can pull it off.
-
Definitely tell staff, it saves you gaining a enemy and they're more likely to stop when it is coming from a staff member.

In a way starting a new gym is like your first day at school. So many machines, not knowing what to do.
-
You only live once, funny I know. I still use that excuse, but in a way to get myself in shape.
-
OMG :O that is truly amazing. Well done!
-
haha I find myself saying the same thing haha.
-
I'm slowely improving, but since getting a new ipod I'm a lot more motivated to continue.

crossfit youtube channel has some good workouts involving the kettlebell

This sounds awesome. Well start tomorrow!!
