35 weeks and 26 pounds gained. More than I wanted but the baby is healthy so I'm good with it. I can always lose it later. :happy:

Lindsay Brin has a whole line of pregnancy DVDs. I ordered them on her website years ago but recently I say them in Target with the other fitness DVDs. I think she is adorable and the workouts aren't too intense. Good for when you are having a low energy day.

A friend just got a Yonana machine and we got to sample it. Oh my...it tasted like real ice cream but so much healthier. It totally satisfied my ice cream cravings. Now I just need to buy one for myself. :)

I use a lot of chili powder instead of salt. Also, garlic powder and onion powder.

I like omelets with lots of veggies and oatmeal. You can do so much with oatmeal!

I add 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder and some sort of fruit. Right now my favorite is home dried strawberries. It's so so yummy!

When I was breastfeeding I had the same problem! I found that eating food that is high in protein helped satisfy "the beast". String cheese and almonds helped a lot. And don't deny yourself treats. Just make them small. I would eat everything in the house instead of just having one Hershey Kiss or a bite of that cheesecake…

Drink a glass of water and do something to distract yourself. I read somewhere that a "munchy attack" only lasts about 20 minutes. I take a walk or clean something when I feel it coming on. Good luck!
