I started on 6/30. I couldnt wait! So I've been doing it for a week. I love it so far! I can tell that some of the moves are getting easier even after just a week. Is everyone following the food plan that came with it? I've been doing low carb - just curious who all is following it.

I've been logging it as Pilates because I think pilates burns a bit more than yoga. I do plan on wearing my HR monitor one of these days and getting a more accurate reading though.

I did it for a couple weeks and it was great, but it really messed up my knee so I had to stop. There is a lot of jumping. BUT you do lose weight/inches if you stick with it!

New mom here! Well...8 months a new mom. Wanna lose this bloody weight. I'm 5'2 and currently 171, goal weight is 120-125. That'd be epic to lose 50 by June! I'm trying out the low carb type diet and just exercising anyway I can right now. Plan to go back to the gym in a month or two. :)

If you feel like you can do more, you can always repeat a level of the shred. Like doing level 1 twice in a row so it's a 40 minute workout instead of 20 minutes. Or even better - doing level 1 then level 2 back to back. But only if you want do more of a workout. I'd skip the extra cardio if youre going to do this though.…

Everyone does the 30 day shred different. Some do it everyday. But it's said that Jillian actually didnt mean for people to do it everyday. She said to give your body a rest in between days. Yes, you guys are right, I should be logging EVERY SINGLE THING I eat. I will definitely work on that. But you guys are making it sound like I'm missing too much logging; going through my past logs, I probably miss maybe 4 or 5 days a month of logging. I do alternate different cardios each time and change up the intensitys regularly. That circuit strength training I do is also different each day. I give myself a rest in between each strength training day and I rest two days on the weekends.

I do track most weekends. And some days during TOM. It's not like I'm eating totally differently during these days anyway, I'm just not as active on MFP during these days.

I gain around 3 to 4 pounds. I hate weighing myself around that time. But it goes away quickly, thank god. :P
