I don't use the bands, because I didn't get the ones she uses. Regular bands make it very difficult to do BR. I just use my 5 pound weights. I'm on dvd 5 &6 right now and I plan to do body shred once I'm done.
-
That's what I figured, but I'm ready for the challenge. Thanks!

I plan to do body shred after I finish br. Is body shred more difficult than the last two weeks of body revolution?

I'm so glad I found this post! I love peanut M& M's and chocolate ice cream. Now I don't have to feel as guilty when I eat it.
-
Thank you
-
You are correct! I'm not sure how to do this.

I've lost inches and I do not eat my exercise calories. I'm not trying to shed any weight; just toning. I'm 5'4" @120 pounds. I'm very happy with my weight. I just need to stop feeling sorry for myself lol !
-
I like the exercises and I'm able to stay within my calorie goal. I live in the south and I've managed to avoid all the good food without any problems. I know you can't spot reduce, but can anyone recommend ab exercises that will help?

I've been working out for 9 months and I'm not happy with my results. Doesn't seem like my bf% is going anywhere.

I'm honestly not sure. You can type it into yout dinner choice on here and look at your opinions. I did it with chicken pho and got 300 calories for 3 cups. I think that is half a bowl. I noticed that I retain alot of water weight after I eat pho. I love the stuff, but try not to eat it too often. Hope this helps

Going to try again tomorrow and only do half the reps. Thanks for the great advice!
-
Awesome results!

Can I ask what your size has to do with it? [/quote] Not much really. I don't have much to shed and it's just not worth me hurting myself. I'm happy with body revolution. It's the same program at a slower pace

After several attempts to do Insanity I have decided to give up. It's just too much for a person my size ( 5'4" 120 pound). I started doing body revolution combined with a 3 mile run. Good luck to everyone that's planning to complete it!

Sounds good. Thank you

I would stop until the shin splints heal or just try walking. New shoes will help and try not to run on concrete sidewalks.
-
I was able to run a 10k on that program and I did it in 68 mins. Good luck!

Check out the garmin vivofit. It's $49 on amazon.
