Thanks everyone. When plugged in it was a huge difference changing from 2 lbs a week! Should I stick to their macros? 8 cannot remember what I used at the end of my journey last go. I lost 40 last time.. and I have 50 lbs to go now!

With my height I always get a 1200 cal I have 50 lbs to lose at least so 1200 doesn't give me any room to drop when I get smaller

Heres the problem. Eyeballing isn't working for you. If you are serious and want to lose weight get a scale! Do this right.

Not sedentry! I burn 1800-1900 on lazy days being mom of two. My normal days I burn 2400-2500. That's housework, and two 20-30 min walks.

One day will not unwind everything. Yes you will put on weight, but it comes off way faster. Water weight. Have fun. My birthday is come up as well and I plan on not stressing that day and enjoying myself. I will make sure to get some extra burn in though!!! Workout good during the morning, and then doing a birthday hike :)

Ok Ill stick to the 500 deficit. Thank you for that advice!!! This arm band has been helpful, as before I couldn't even fathom eating over 1200 and losing. Thanks for the encouragement. Sometimes we just need people to talk us down from the ledge, or the doughnuts :)

Thank you. So eating at a 1000 deficit is ok? What if I burn a ton that day, eat it back? I will give it more time. I figured with working out, and new cals Id gain some. But seeing that 2 lbs made me what to throw the towel in. Maybe its time to ditch the scale for a few weeks to just let my body adjust?

The only time my chart on the home screen has been where it needs to be is when I used a shake. I'm having a hard time finding balance.
