I think most use circuit training for 20 minutes. A lot of people are going to suggest that you use a heart rate monitor for accuracy.

Woot, day 4 down. I feel like I am starting to lose steam, I need to hype myself up....I have been stuck at 150 for sooo long now!

I have just started a few days ago, so I cannot really give you my feedback yet. But I have read a lot of reviews from people that got great results. If you lose inches but gain weight, it is undoubtedly from gaining muscle which is good!

Day three level one. I am currently working through shin splints after doing a day without shoes...guess my legs didn't like that. I'm doing pretty well expect the strength part is still kickin my butt. Not really feeling sore though strangely enough.

I work for a company that did stuff like this. Maybe set up weekly weigh-ins or weekly exercise logs. Whoever loses the most (by percentage) or whoever logs the most exercise by the end wins. Totally know the feeling. I ended up combining two sports bras, tight one and a slightly looser one, and it works awesome.

While these are good foods, it is impossible to target areas of the body for weightless.

Oh goodness. I cannot really speak for the starvation mode argument, but you are eating too much sugar. Make sure you include some veggies so that you are getting fiber. Fiber makes losing weight worlds easier.
