You said it before anybody else could! If you set your goal at 2 lbs per week, and happen to go over your goal, you will feel that much better! So think small. I still travel between Vermont and Savannah! It seems like the only thing people do up here is go hiking! So there are plenty of places to hides caches! I hid one recently with all sorts of "girly" items, some costume jewelry nailpolish etc. I have an old mp3 player that I plan to hide next so first to find will get it!!

You're welcome everybody! There's a mountain that I frequently climb, I never knew there were 10 caches along the hike!!!!!!! They're everywhere, haha. Hope we can all get into it, or back into it. Let me know how it goes! :)

I've heard about it plenty of times but I thought with the nice spring weather I'd start doing it! I've been working on convincing some of my friends to go, and everybody thinks it's a great idea, you should ask somebody to go with you sometime!

Make it fitness related! You can drive you RV to a campground chalkfull of hiking trails!

I've been doing it for the past three days, but I can't get all the way through it in one fell swoop so I've divided the workout in half and I do one in the morning and one at night. If you're thinking about doing this too make sure that you do the warmup and cooldown BOTH times.

Thanks everybody, I'm definitely going to try setting an alarm and having everything ready to get up and go, it's just hard because I go to bed before midnight for the most part. I'm just a heavy sleeper. I might set two alarms for back up.

Awesome guys! I did it last night, it's a little bit intense but that's what I expect from Jillian! I am not a math whiz either by any means. I found the formula online and used a calculator. I'm sure if you google it you could find a generator for it if that's easier. When I walk with the weights I usually swing them or pump them with my arms like I would naturally without them. There's no right or wrong way. It's okay…

Ankle weights are great. I wear them under my jeans when I'm out and about, or at work. You can't notice them at all. And by the end of the day you can totally feel the impact!
