  • Embarrassingly mine is: Coffee with skimmed milk Spinach Americano coffee Lol! :0) (I promise I do eat a healthy varied diet, I just do like coffee)
  • My friends have told me I am odd as I work out fractions e.g. At 0.5km I am at 1/10th of my run, etc and I do that constantly throughout and once over half way I count how many fractions left e.g at 4km I think I have only 2/10ths left (or 1/5th) etc Is that strange?

  • Ive been having the following at work and found it really filling: -100g plain low fat yogurt -30g blueberries (frozen or fresh) - chopped mango or banana -10g porridge oats I find the fruit nice and sweet but the oats keep me nicely full :0)
  • I enter my run during my cool down (exactly how far Ive ran & distance/speed + cool down time) whilst doing my cool down run. I also enter all my weights & sets into MFP inbetween sets. I use it as exercise journal as forget by the time I get home! It probably looks like I'm texting but promise I'm not :-)

  • I made a 'mexican' chicken casserole dish; skinless chicken thighs, black beans, chickpeas, various veggies (sweetcorn, leeks, mushrooms, green beans) with a bit of chilli paste cooked in just a bit of water.   • We do a fair anount of weekend prepping. Due to work hours we tend to eat a lot of stirfrys and pasta mid week, so we then prep the following: 2 peppers, 2 courgettes, 2 onions, 3 carrots.   • I've started doing 30DS and am not very fit but have been really enjoying it, I had some stiffness after the first few attempts but thats now gone. I dont do it everyday (as started to do bootcamp at 6am Tuesdays so dont want to overdo it). Give it a go; I find her really motivating :0)
