Smoothie Saturday here - banana, a few strawberries, half a cup frozen berries(black, blue, rasp), handful of baby spinach and a sprinkle of chia seeds...bit of water and ice to get desired consistency. Tasty0

It's a little high in calories for me (715) but I'm only having a power bar before going to work out so it will work. And I woke up hungry this morning!0 -

I had one slice of Burgen bread toasted, topped with a smear of Marmite and a sliced tomato. I was carb-ing up before my 5k run.0

All for 228 cals. Really tasty and satisfying, next time I'll omit the mozzarella as not really necessary :-)

I had a bagel, scrambled some egg whites, and drizziled a little truffle oil my dad brought back from Italy on top, and had it as a sandwich.
It was delicious

I eat the exact same breakfast 7 days a week. Old fashioned Oatmeal (150), tsp flaxseed (40) 1 - 2 fried egg whites (16-32) a dab of coconut oil (30 - 40ish.)
For me, it's a good balance of fiber, protein, healthy fats etc. and it keeps me full all the way till lunch.0 -
Ham, Cheese & Spinach quiche. Although, after entering the recipe into MFP I do believe I'll be pealing off the crust!0
