Hi there
I'm starting a boot camp tomorrow and I want to know what to log it under for excercise. Would I log it under a circuit?
I do eventually want to get a heart moniter so I can keep track of my calories burned but for now it would be nice to have a rough estimate on calories burned.

Hello,
I've been doing bootcamp the last few weeks and have been entering as normal circuit training. Enjoy bootcamp, its hard but very rewarding!
