I remember when I first did 30DS I literally couldnt get up off the toilet , my quads hurt to badly ! Stick with it, it will get better :)

I've been trying to lose these last stubborn 10 lbs myself so I also took others advice and changed my goals and also my macros to 40-30-30. Good luck to you !!

I just completed week 5 yesterday and moving onto week 6 . I am signed up for two 5ks this year and I will run them unlike my previous races where I've walked / run. When I got my *kitten* off the couch and outside doing c25k is when I considered myself a runner. Doesn't matter how fast or slow you're lapping those on the couch! Btw, I'm still learning to enjoy running, maybe when I'm not freezing and avoiding slush puddles I will like it more:-)

I've actually has some weight gain, but I think its muscles retaining fluid, thats what I'm going with anyway ! I am also doing monthly challenges of squats, leg raises and crunches so I dont know which is giving me more benefit bit I am training for a 5k with my running and then on to a 10k. I started over at week one and just completed week 3 today . I have a 5k in April and another in May and my goals are to run the whole thing in both, I have done previous 5k's but using a run / walk method. From there I am going to begin training for a 10k that I'm registered for in September ! Good luck everyone…

I'm a second timer too, I am pushing myself this time to fully run the complete 5ks that I am registered for this year and also have pushed myself to register for a 10k for September so I will immediately be doing couch210k when I am thru. Today I will complete week 2 day 2 . Feel free to add me :)
