Not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but I'm really enjoying Greyskull LP. Fairly quick workout and I've been increasing weight faster than I have with other weightlifting programs that I've tried.

Wow, you look amazing! My kids do the same thing with my belly, they think its funny how smooshy it is :| haha Thank you so much for posting, it was the inspiration I needed!!

I drink and actually have been losing about a pound a week. I just make sure I have room in the calories/macros for it.

Stay at home mama here! I have two boys, a 4 year old and 10 month old. Losing the baby weight after baby number 2 has been a real struggle compared to last time! Feel free to add me!

I might have to try this. I've been running into the same issue except lately I've been having less good runs and more horrible "i feel like dying" kind of runs lol Thanks for the idea!

bump! :)

This. She is awesome, it's truly budget conscious with not only recipes but tips too, and the recipes that I've tried so far all have been really yummy!

Bump! I am 4 weeks post c section number 2 so this thread is very motivating. Can't wait till I can get started working out again! :)

I am 2 weeks postpartum. I had a repeat c-section and gave birth to a beautiful little boy, buuut I am right there with you with the blechs lol I was in the best shape of my life thanks to mfp and lifting heavy before I found out I was pregnant. I kind of just let it all go. We had only been planning on having one child so…

Up the calories. Just do it. I know it seems scary, and perhaps counter-intuitive but I was in the same boat as you 1200 calories, working out 4-5 times a week, and I wasn't losing at all. Then I did some reading and asked some questions and decided to up my calories and start lifting heavy. Within a week I started losing…

That'd be me exactly actually! After having my son I was right around 190, and I am now down to 145. It's taken me about a year and a half to get here (I love exercising, its just the diet part that gets me! lol) I'm thinking I have 10 pounds to go, but I'm not too worried about the actual number, just how my body looks. I…

Bump for later. I have a huge container of it in my fridge that needs to be used up! :)

Did you take measurements at the beginning? I've been logging about as long as you have and the same thing is happening to me. I've only lost about five pounds. Thankfully though I took my measurements at the beginning of all this and have gotten better results from that, so maybe that's the case with you? Also switching…

This thread has seriously given me the boost I needed. Have been starting to dread my runs because they've become discouraging (can't seem to break 8 miles, a mental barrier I know) but I really feel a little better now!! :)

Thanks all for the responses. There doesn't seem to be a definitive answer, but I guess what I'll be doing is a mixture of what you guys said, lifting three days a week and an hour+ of cardio the other days. Not sure if I'll be able to keep that up because of soreness and other things, but I'm going to give it a try! I…

I am the same as you, in alright shape with some chub to lose and I had this problem as well with 30DS! I tried it again the other day with heavier weights and it seemed to help. However I did end up buying Ripped in 30 and found that to be a little more challenging.

YES! I play lots of Xbox lol Right now I've been playing Black ops 2, Gears 3 Halo 4, Fallout 3, New Vegas and Skyrim. I even just started my own Youtube channel and twitter, so yeah, I'm a little nerdy :blushing: Add me on here and feel free to take a look at my YouTube channel/Twitter (although I must warn you there…

Great tips! I'm going for my first tough mudder in August and have been having trouble figuring out how exactly to train for it. I run five miles now comfortably a few times a week and I lift 2-3 times a week as well.. Can't wait till it's a little warmer outside to do the monkey bars! :)

Sooo yummy! Bump

It really irritates me when people try to push their beliefs on others. Especially when they're not accurate. The Twinkie Diet. An experiment done by professor Mark Haub.

I was 18, and I've gotten two more since then. Still don't regret it!! :)

I've been riding since I was eight! I feel like once you are into horses, generally you're in it for life! I haven't been riding as much either, I have a TB mare that is now retired so I'm looking for another horse.. Hopefully with my weight loss having a lesson won't be as hard of a workout as it was before. All…

Bump.. You ladies are all so inspiring, I love it!

This is awesome! So glad I found this thread. I've been doing horsey chores and mucking stalls for most of my life so it just never occurred to me that I should log it until today when I was sloshing around in the snow with a shovel filled with horse crap, thinking, "man this is almost as hard as my workout today!" lol…

I am a beer lover as well, brewing is fun! But I recently decided only to drink 1-2 days a week now. Sometimes I go over but I have already noticed a difference weight wise and it's only been two weeks. I tried giving it up totally, but I found that like other things it is OK in moderation, and depriving myself of…

I tried but I just can't go without my coffee!! I really enjoy having one, sometimes two in the morning. I usually just put a little bit of skim milk and half tsp of sugar. Works for me!

Just finished Gone Girl.. Was very disappointed with the end. It was such a good book until the last quarter of it. :ohwell: I'll probably go back and read the new Bernard Cornwell book again (my favorite author!).

Nope. My husband and I love craft beer, (and the regular stuff too :) ) but we cut down to only two days a week now. I make sure to work out a little harder those days to compensate for the extra calories.
