  • I LOVE this. I wanted to mention that just the cauliflower is 14 cals per 1/2 cup. So I use Molly Mc Butter and a little bit of ff cream cheese and have a huge serving for less than 50 cals. It is very filling

  • I actually don't have a dvd. My cable has a fitness tv station and they let you do level one free. I researched and Walmart sells it for under $9 and that is for all 3 levels.
  • I think there is 1 pt. for every 50 calories. When I was dong it I could have 26 pts. a day which is about 1,800 calories. Hope that helps
