Did she give you the serving sizes of the fruits for dinner and salads at lunch? The hardest part for me to understand is why all of the protein is to be consumed at lunch. Did I calculate this right? I am 5'2 tall so 52 divided by 2? that equals 26in, being that my waist should be less than 26in If so it sounds right to me. :) x

I get on the scales daily, a few times lol. but that said I don't pay any real attention to the fluctuation on a daily basis. I log my weight weekly but only if theres a change from the previous number :)

I also wondered this, and if scales are always accurate. Is there a brand of scale that's more accurate? Is it better to use grams or pounds depending on the food type?

My shoe size definitely is affected by my weight. At my lightest I could wear a 7 1/2 to 8 and my heaviest 8 1/2 to 9. One of the things I am looking forward to when I get to goal again is knowing I can again wear footwear which doesn't currently fit :)
