I have a piece of wheat toast, with a slice of american cheese, and a fried egg (over easy), it is around 222 calories and very filling. I add a cup of coffee with fate free creamer and add another 30 calories and I am good till lunch.

YOU LOOK GREAT. CANT WAIT TO GET THERE 10 POUNDS TO GO TO LOSE 100 POUNDS. I HAD HOPED TO BE THERE THIS MONTH BUT HAVE HIT THE WALL. I WILL KEEP TRYING YOU CAN DO IT.

if you were truely invested in the marriage you would do anything to make the other person happy. It sounds like you dont care what your husband thinks and just want to do what you want, that is not a marriage.

I keep my calories at 1200, even with working out and burning 500-600 calories, five times a week. You should stay at just over 1200, 1201 -1250 and if you workout you will be fine. No warnings. I am 5-8 and right now 187. I have lost 86 pounds since february of 2011, so it works. There are days I have less than 1200 but…

Great job!!!! I know how you feel I finally got to the overweight mile stone and i was never so happy to say I was no longer obese. I am one pound away to having lost the equivalent of my youngest son 83 pounds. That will be a big day for me too.

I am am 5-8 and 204 pounds my doctor has me on between 70 to 90 grams of protein a day. I try to stay around 80 grams. the more you work out and diet the more protein you need.

try zig zaging you calories. on the days you have worked out eat back your exercise calories. sometimes if you are working out really hard and not eating enough you can stop losing weight.

I walk everyday either in the gym or with my friends, Since Feb 2011 I have lost a total of 71 pounds. So yes you can lose weight with just exersice and walking. I walk at about a 3.5 pace on the treadmill and I also include incline as much as possible. I also walk for about 50 minutes a day. Good luck and keep up the hard…

I was 120 pounds over weight when I started working out. I just started walking n the treadmill ( 3.5 speed) with in a moth I was doing incline (Started at 6% and up it every 5-10 minutes by 1%) I would workout during the week 45 to 50 minutes and on the weekends at least an hour. I would also do long hikes with my friend…

Thanks for that post, I have been feeling a little discouarged since I still have 55 pounds to go to reach 150. I started at 265 in April 2011. You post has given me new life, I cant wait to break into the 100 again!!!!!

I try to get between 60 to 80 grams of protien a day. I drink the premier protein shakes it has 30grams of protein per shake and only 160 calories. great shake.
