I love T25. I've completed the whole program, including Gamma, and have sort of created my own program using my favorite workouts from all three phases. It's only 25 minutes a day! It's hard for me to commit much more time than that.

I'm right there with you, having a large frame. I have very large feet, hands, wrists, and ankles and long arms, etc., so I tend to look decent at a higher weight for my height. I would still LOVE to get below 140.

I'm currently in week 3 of the Beta cycle. Alpha was really hard for me at first, but it did get easier. I enjoy Beta much more than Alpha, so just keep that in mind! I'm not willing to commit much more than 30 minutes per day to a workout, so T25 is perfect for me.

I've finished the Alpha phase and started Beta today. It's a great workout, in my opinion. Sometimes it was really hard to get out of bed to do it, but I kept telling myself it's ONLY 25 minutes. Best of luck!

I'm currently doing Focus T25, which is only 25 minutes per day of pretty high intensity exercise. I love it, and I can tell I'm getting more fit. But I'm not trying to train for a marathon, or anything like that. This program works very well for me because 25-30 minutes is all I'm willing to commit to structured exercise…
