morning weight after peeing is generally more accurate.

I use about 10-15g of light butter on my toast and it comes up to around 45cal.

tbh at the moment, i dont see myself being "happy" anywhere. :/ i've lost 50lbs so far from my highest weight, just.. i dunno. :/

water/food weight. I'd gained 7lbs in 8 days by not crapping, finally went and its coming down slowly again.

I've lost 50lbs:- 43/44" chest 34.5" waist 44/45" hips Now:- 39.5" chest 29.5-30" waist. 40/41" hips.

absolutely hate lettuce. I think if it was a matter of dying or eating lettuce, I'd rather die than eat it. >.<

I went from 154lbs ish to 216lbs within 4 months on it. awful awful drug but it can also be an absolute god send.

I said 5ft 3.5 - 5ft 4 because its the height range I am, it seems to vary on the day :P

ugh. this sucks. any number seems too high, regardless of what it is. I want to get down to 143lbs (healthy weight) then go from there.

have you tried meal replacement drinks? smoothies?

suck up to it :P drink plain water for long enough, you'll get used to it. have you tried drinking it ice cold?

I'm not too bothered that the scales haven't moved much, I'm pretty impressed with how loose clothes are though.

for the most part, I am really inactive. I walk at least an hour 4-5 times a week.

it's really annoying me. I've gone from:- 44" chest to 39.5-40" 35.5" waist to 30.5-31" 44.5-45" hips to 41" I feel like I'm losing decent amounts from everywhere else apart from my hips.

overall I want to lose about 40lbs but it seems more doable if I set smaller targets :P thank you for your replies. they're appreciated.
