  • Really pleased for you Julie :) Looking forward to seeing the new you emerge x
  • Owww that sounds yummy! I hope we get it here in the UK :D
  • Yay well done! I know Herbalife is awesome! Ive signed up too but just for myself for now. Good luck with being a distributor!
  • I have a cheat day every 2 weeks. I make an occasion of it so me and a friend get glammed up and have whatever drinks we like, usually wine and then have a healthy meal with a few not so healthy extras The main bulk of what Ive eaten is low calorie so I can enjoy a bit of a cheat without undoing all my hard work.
  • Hi :) I take the shakes, protein bars, tea, multivitamins and aloe. I buy protein from my local health food store as it has less soya. I don't know much about the other products you're taking have you got a coach?. I lost 14 pounds in my first and second months and 6 pounds so far this month, Ive been on it nearly 11 weeks.
  • Running and gym for me :)
  • Hi Suzee :) Ive been on herbalife ten weeks now and lost 34 pounds so it does work! You just have to stick with it and your coach will help you. Add ice or frozen fruit to your shakes as it makes it thicker and more filling. If I'm going out anywhere I blend my shake and put it in a thermos flask. Track all your calories…
  • Thanks guys :) Got me some aloe juice from my local health food shop. Might get the herbalife one with my next order :)

  • Hey :) I use a bullet blender also as I always add frozen fruit or ice. I put it in the shaker cup if I'm going out anywhere but have just bought a vacuum flask as I like my shakes cold. I also find that the shake tastes a bit funny if its been in the cup for a while so hoping the flask will be better.
  • Yep everything on your list is on mine too, except the cosplaying which Ive never heard of, is that like role playing games? :) I hate clothes shopping with my slim friend as I have to go in shops I know don't stock my size so I have to make a beeline for the accessories!
  • Yay! I love this group too thanks so much for creating it :)
  • Mine is throwing stuff :) Hammer, shot, discus, javelin. I'm not very good at it but its fun and its definitely helping. Its very good for stress relief too as you can imagine people or things to aim at! :D
  • Oh you're all really lucky having so many plus size shops! Yeah Ive bought the odd thing from Evans but it is expensive and I rarely find anything I like in there. I prefer hippie, boho styles so end up shopping online. I love those asian sari shops and drool over all the dresses and suits in the window. Ive had a couple…
  • I'm mad on houmus and carrot sticks at the moment. I have 70g which is about 180 cals :) I also make a quiche with cottage cheese, egg and roasted veg which I just cut up and have as a snack. You can add feta cheese or any other cheese you like and have it as a meal with some green veggies, its yummy and really filling :) x
  • We don't have many places that do bigger sizes here in the UK which is depressing. What there is is either over priced and dowdy or cheaply made and unflattering. We have one shop called Yours which is just about OK. I buy a lot of my clothes from ebay and just hope they fit when the arrive, mostly Ive been lucky as I go…
  • Thanks for the great suggestions everyone :) x
  • Hi everyone :) This group is awesome! Yep my story is similar to many others, yo-yo dieter my whole life but never reaching that illusive goal weight. Hope we can inspire each other here! :) x
  • Hey there :) Ive only been on it two weeks but it seems to be doing the job and I'm enjoying it. My coach is very good and seems to be working out a good plan for me and its pretty much the same as yours. Here is a typical day 1670 calories - Breakfast- Formula 1 free from shake with 250 mls lacto free milk and 12g whey…
