I run (and do all my workouts) in the morning. Its a great way to start the day! I'll drink some water, eat something light, and go...and then eat real breakfast later.

Peppermint mochas are my favorite...I try to only get them now and then, but its so hard to resist!

Popcorn! My grocery store also has 100 calorie packs of hummus and guacamole that are great with veggies or chips.

Eat some - just watch portion sizes and try to incorporate some healthier foods into other meals that you are eating :)

Love Nutella! My favorite is dipping pretzels in it. So good! I don't buy it very much since its not very nutritional and I eat it wayyyy to fast, but its great.

I always struggle to meet my protein goal even when I include chicken, greek yogurt, quinoa, etc. so I use Tera's Whey Protein Powder a few days a week.

I'm 5'3 and maintain around 125. As long as I'm staying active, my jeans fit, and I feel good I try not to worry about the number on the scale too much!

If I'm exercising in the morning I like to eat something light (usually a banana) and then I'll have the rest of my breakfast afterwards. If I eat too much, I feel awful when I exercise, but if I don't eat at all, I get really hungry and light headed. Just figure out what works best for you!

I would make some extra time for the gym and focus more on keeping my calories at my goal for the next few days. Going over for a few days happens, so I try to not worry about it too much!

Took a walk to get lunch at work and went to an hour long session of boot camp!

I weigh myself daily, but unless I have lost weight and it has stayed there for a few days, I don't log it.

I've made quinoa ahead of time and kept it in the fridge to take with my lunches for the week. I usually only make enough for 2-3 days at a time but I haven't had any issues with storing it it the fridge for a few days once it was cooked.

I always do for breakfast, lunch, and snacks during the day at work. I never know what dinner will be until I get home from work, so that just gets logged after I eat. It definitely helps keep me on track during the day!!
