I've had my fitbit since March. It's definitely helped me be more active. My goal is 10K steps a day. On most days I'm short of that. I'm more motivated to go for a quick walk or run some stairs to get my steps and number of floors up after dinner, instead of sitting on the couch :)

Hi! I've been losing and gaining back the same 5 pounds for years... Have lost a few using MFP and fitbit for a couple of months, but still have 30 to lose. I log daily. Would be great to add folks so we can motivate each other!
