Hey everybody! You all are doing a great job! This week is really rough going for me. I'm helping out w/ a youth program thing this week which is leaving little time for me to exercise and they are feeding us "kid friendly" foods, which are YUM but not most healthiest of choices. I'm going to try to do better tomorrow…

Oh my gosh! I can't watch your link here at work but I just recently got my hubby to watch the dvds. We finished watching Serenity last night. I had forgot how sad it in parts. But hubby is now totally into it too! Its so nice to share in our geekiness. :-)

I finished W1D2 (again) tonight. Its getting soooo hot out! GEEEZ. But nonetheless, per one of the apps on my phone I'm still moving a itty bitty tiny bit faster each time I try. And I'm still alive so I'm gonna keep slowly pushing thru. Hope everyone else is doing well! Keep up the hard work!

So I fell like a slacker but I didn't do c25k last week due to being kinda sick. So I just started over at w1d1 last night. Its still killing me so I guess thats ok. Im slow but still trying.

I use cardio trainer. I very much like it, esp that it keeps up with me via GPS. And that I can play my music thru the program. As far as the calorie count, I find it to be lower than what my HRM says. But not by a whole lot and I'm way chubby so I'm not sure it understands the effort I'm trying to give! :-)

We officially finished W1D3 tonight. I'm a little worried cause its still not really any easier for us. I'm still just slowly putting along and putting just slightly faster when I'm supposed to me "running." Oh well, I'm proud of myself, my hubby and my dog for finishing week one. We'll see how the next week goes.... :-)…

We finished our 3rd attempt at the program today. We've only actually finished two days but I'm happy with the (slow) progress. :-) I'm really blessed my hubby is on board with my new fitness and better eating lifestyle change. We are good challengers and encouragers for each other.
