Me too! I'll sweat a little along but when time to quit work then I start dripping sweat. And what's worse is I'm a head sweater. So my short hair is soaking wet. Eww! But I do feel like that let's me know I've done good!

Thats sooo awesome!! And inspiring! I tried day 1 yesterday. I couldn't even finish all the running parts and I felt like was dying while I did what I could. I'm gonna keep at it though! I'd say one of my fitness goals would be to run a 5k. Like seriously, run the whole thing. (Its a GOAL...oneday....)

This week I tried edamame. It was frozen and came in a steamable box package. It was actually pretty good! Kinda reminded me of eating boiled peanuts. I'd eat it agin. :-)

I'm not the biggest fan of oatmeal. But I def like it better when its made w/ milk. And I perfer it to have strawberrys in it, maybe a few nuts or raisins. But you guys have some good ideas I'd like to try....

I indulged in a Fudge Pop ( Fudgsicle ). I pop has 60 cals/1.5 g Fat. Maybe not the best for a treat....yummmm.
