NSV soggy books

i read in the bath. For hours sometimes. Ive always rested the book on my giant belly bulge bit this morning I noticed the water lapping over the sides. Now I have a soggy book but a smile on my face :happy:

    what is NSV?

    A non scale victory. Basically something other than your weight on the scales making you realise you're doing well and making changes.

    Compliments, fitting in old jeans and soggy books all count :)
