My calcium channel blocker can make me retain water like a son of a gun if I'm not careful but even then it's only been 5-6lbs. Maybe talk with your Dr.'s nurse and see if they have advice.

I try to stick around 35 (average). Though every so often I spike with about 80 but always try to keep it under 100. Yesterday was one of those days and I can't tell you why, the body was just being a jerk LOL.

I got my hourly steps done and was spot on with my macros yesterday. Today is bowling (maybe) and errand running so not gonna get much else done. Such is life huh? Tomorrow's check in should be good though. I'm hoping accountability's scale is following mine. ;D

4/3 I got my steps, went for a little walk and did some yoga so YAY!! Did pretty good on nutrition (Cals/Macros). 4/4 I'm on task with all the goals so double yay. ;) I still haven't heard anything back from my doc in terms of other nutrition stuff but I'm feeling less icky since I've upped my magnesium.
