You're right if I lost it slow I could still have those problems. I could have still had them if I never even lost the weight. But one of the things they warn you about with fast weight loss is gall bladder issues.

I agree with every one else weighing everything is the thing you really need to do. Even the prepackaged stuff because they can be off by 10-20 grams and the calories can add up. I have something sweet almost daily sometimes twice a day.
