2. When I lose 5 lbs, I'll hit the "normal" BMI category.
3. Getting into a single digit size like an 8. I'm a 10 right now so I'm close.
4. Running a 5k race. I was able to jog 3.6 miles this morning without stopping so now it's just a matter of improving my speed.
And ultimately.. when I lose 16.2 lbs, I'll hit the 100 lb loss milestone!!!!
Good luck everyone making your goals. We can do this. Just keep plugging away.
Quoting myself here. Hit three of my goals!!
1) I lost 1.8 lbs this week so I have lost 85.6 lbs
2) I got into my size 8 jeans (barely but they were zipped all the way up so so it counts!)
3) I ran 5k on the treadmill with a pace of 12min/mile
My next goal - getting to 90 lbs lost
Still wishing everyone success with whatever you're currently working on. Love this website and all the support.14 -

Zipped up totally counts! What muffin top? (Speaking to my own experience there). 3 tough goals smashed -- you are doing so freaking great!3 -

That is a good question. I haven't really thought much about mini goals. I am focused in on the "finish" line. Fat tub of lard to six pack beast.
Although, one of the other guys at work who has also been working out and meal prepping but cheating did do a double take when he realized I was catching him. He wasn't to happy about and the look on his face was awesome. It wasn't to long ago that we were about 75 pounds apart. It just a bonus but I will thoroughly enjoy passing him up.12 -

Haha, I'm in a similar spot. I am in a bet with a guy I work with to see who will weigh less at the end of the year. He was about 80lbs less than me in March, about 20lbs less than me when we made the bet, and currently 6lbs less than me. Winning that bet is one of my longer term goals at the moment. Currently working on hitting 180lbs, at 185 this morning7 -

Well, thanks to being sick all week, I now only have 4 lbs to go to get out of obese bmi range!7

Reaching the first minigoal is so great. My first minigoal was to go below the obese BMI range. I reached there yesterday.
My next goal is to fit in a gorgeous yellow dress which has not fit since more than six months now. I want to do that by end of the month.
After that, I want to weigh less than my husband. That is 6 kilos in future. He is also working out. So this could be a moving target.
Never thought I would stick it out.

Right now? Ok so I really want to keep losing the stubborn fat on my lower abs but I also now these last 5 lbs that I lost I could regain overnight so right know I'm more interested in maintaining than trying to lose 5 more!7

Awesome! Totally serious question- how has changing size affected your (lovely) tattoos? Have you noticed a difference?1 -
I am in a plateau at the moment. Bouncing between 184 to 186 for the last 16 days. It's not helped that I have had a deep down hunger the last few days. So my goal is to break through this. Tomorrow I will be three weeks post op from my gall bladder surgery and I am going to ease back into IF to see if that will help break through this.4

I'd like to get back to where I was this time 2 years ago, before I let everything slip and ruined all my progress.7
