I don't NET 1200 about half the time. I make sure I consume about 1200, but sometimes my exercise cals make my net negative. Idk. Works for me, I guess.

I used to read books on the recumbent bike, and I've watched tv shows and movies while I run on the elliptical. Makes the time pass.
