I hard boil some eggs in advance, then I can take them to go. :)

I think body fat % is a better indicator, and BMI is a rough set of numbers for people to go by. Some people might weigh the same, but not have the same lean muscle mass, and actually BE more overweight. I think, if you reliably know your BF% that you can get around the BMI thing. How did you determine your BF%? I'm just…

I eat back some of my cals, depends on how hungry I am. I've done so for the last 1.5 years. I've lost 70 lbs. You can eat them back and still lose.

My trainer told me to eat protein 30 min after you workout to help repair muscles. As for what to put in them, I like protein powder, or peanut butter! My trainer also says cheese or chocolate milk is a viable protein snack for after working out.

My mom was the same way to me growing up. Luckily, she's gotten so self-centered she ignores me most of the time now. But back then, I would tune her out. I ate a lot too because her biggest criticism of me was that I was fat. She told me not to eat, I did it out of defiance. Distance might help some, if you can. It's hard…

I felt the same way when I started, especially when I started trying to run. I felt pathetic and out of shape and sweaty and my belly was bouncing everywhere... I kept doing it, though. And now I don't feel so awkward. I still feel like people stare (I sweat lots and turn tomato red in the face), but I'm doing it! Maybe…

I think beards are hot and manly. I go with full beard, but not a long beard.

I've heard that regular exercise can reduce cramping. I'm not sure of your fitness routine, but that could be helping? Also, I think underweight people are at risk of their period stopping. I think if you're in a healthy range, you should continue to be regular.

I got a pair of Brooks in January and I run 4 - 8 miles a week. Mine still seem fine to me. I always eat before I run - I get up early to run before it's hot - and I don't experience fatigue. I've read that shoes should be replaced every 300 - 400 miles.

I'd say a hybrid trek would be a good bet for you. :)

Mine started to get a little high, but I'm happy to report since I've started changing my lifestyle that I'm at 117/76. :)

I'm 5'0". Starting weight 221, current 154, goal 120. Anyone can feel free to friend me! :)

I try to have 1,000. Yup. I usually eat between 600-900 during the rest of the day, then work out so I can get back to 1,000. It's my bigger meal since I usually eat with family and friends, so it's nice to have the cushion.
