After losing 50 pounds a year ago, I'm finally starting to get somewhat comfortable with my body. I have to say I'm positive it's come from lifting. I'm a runner and that's how I lost the majority of my weight, but now I'm seeing different and better results following the new rules of lifting for women program.

This is me before. 205 on the left, 154 on the right

I took a few shots (the lighting is bad, I'm aware) yesterday and for once I didn't cringe. I'm looking forward to finishing the first stage of NROLFW and taking more pictures and doing my measurements.

    It's so amazing to see you post this. As someone who literally is FINALLY becoming comfortable within my own skin.... It warms my heart to know youre finally feeling comfortable and the same thing.
