    Incredibly HOT Body.... You have no reason to ever cover up.... Or be uncomfortable about your body....
    The only reason you should ever cover up is if it is cold...... LOL....

    I have gotten so much out of the book! I've seen better results in six weeks than I saw in a year from running!
