have you ever calculated your tdee? you can eat up to that amount and not gain...it makes me feel better when I go over

according to fat2fit, your bmr is roughly 1585 and your lightly active tdee is 2179. So 20% from that is 1743. I would try eating about 1700 (without eating back exercise calories)

I like eating smaller calories throughout the day because I have poor digestion so it helps my tummy plus it helps me keep pretty good energy throughout as well. You could have an open faced sandwich, omelet, Greek yogurt, fruit or veggie with peanut butter, small salad

I enjoy eating and find that I feel my best if I eat pretty frequently----so find lower calorie, higher protein things to eat every few hours and that will also (hopefully) keep you from binging during the evenings. Try changing up some workouts---adding 5-10 extra minutes throughout the day Evaluate how much water you're drinking and maybe add more If you haven't calculated your new tdee/bmr for lighter weight, do that and maybe need to adjust caloric intake?

I would go to http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr/ and calculate your bmr...don't eat less than that.

It says you just joined this month...we're only in the 2nd week of March! Give it time. This isn't a race. Are you eating 12-1500 or netting that much? It's good to keep an eye on your NET because if you are eating that much but exercising 800 calories off, that isn't enough fuel for your body.

I've actually seen online that it was meant to be done every OTHER day and not every day like most people do it. Also, when you start working out more intensely or change it up, it can effect the scale at first but isn't a true gain.

Definitely find some foods that you enjoy that you can snack on during the day in between meals....not enough calories and not enough nutrients will backfire. Plus it's just not a healthy, longterm way to live.

I like to eat back my calories---I would suggest eating at least some of them back so you don't net super low and mess up your metabolism
