I learnt that from “science vs” on their podcast on vegans. They were looking at statistics in different regions and vegans vs non vegans and found that they ate more protein and said it was probably because most vegans are health conscious and plan and know a lot about what they’re eating and they’re nutritional needs!

Smoothies are not exactly healthy, they rack up in calories and sugar and don’t make you full. I work at a smoothie store and even the calorie count isn’t accurate if you actually manually add up all the ingredients calories even the healthiest smoothies are like 400 calories

I bought it but I didn’t like it, I found it required WAY to much work to burn the same calories I did on a elliptical easily. I think that's nuts to log daily activities because on mfp it will up your calories allowed to be eaten when you log excersizes and if your logging everyday movements your never going to lose weight

My logging is as dead on as someone could get i don't forget to log even a bite of something I weigh everything and double check it always, I also make sure to measure level never heaped, I usually actually never even reach to the line
