Beth,I have my DVR working again and have started using my workout tapes.I'll know the outcome Fri. I went to a wedding yesterday and had a piece of cake,a few mixed nuts and some m&m 's.Not the best choices.I realize exercising will be the thing that will jump start me again.

Pam,I kept falling off the wagon.I would be really faithful about logging in my food and exercise.Unfortunately ,I had plenty of days where I would become discouraged and stop.Little challenges help me refocus on what I need to be doing plus having someone else who is doing the challenge with me.
