I do eat calories to get me to 1200 net when I do exercise. I am a SAHM and need to lose 10-20 lbs. I don't know what to do but I do know that I average 2-4 workouts a week and 1200-1300 seems to low for whatever reason.

almost 5'4 and need to loose at least 10-12 pounds. It is hard for me to find the time right now as we homeschool and that is a priority. Not to mention getting my holiday tasks done. So I try to eat no more than 1800 cals a day. Drink lots of water. Stay active and hopefully the workouts will be back in routine here soon.…

yes we are homeschooling...I have two boys 4 and 5. I have been working on a schedule and this summer I started implementing that I workout some time between 2:00pm and 3:00pm. The boys can entertain themselves for 30 to 40 min without an issue. They know that mommy is doing this to be healthy so they understand. It is…

I am eating all my calories, eating all back that I need to most days. I don't eat if I am not hungry.

I have been eating 4 or 5 times a day. Increased workouts to 4 days a week. (An amazing accomplishment as a SAHM to two energetic boys 4 & 5) I am having a glass of water when I wake up, with my 2 cups of coffee to offset the caffeine. Drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. Making sure at least one of the four workouts…

I have been using a recipe found on weelicious.com I have one egg, one eggbeater, one tsp pesto. Beat together, cook in pan. Serve on toast with slice of cheese. It is really good....if you like pesto.

I would like to get to 135 but 138 is my goal. I had always hovered between 140 and 142 before kids. I really want to maintain between 135 and 140. I weighed in at 158 at my yearly checkup last July so I'm trying to be down to 148 by the time I have my annual this July.

I did not lose any of the baby weight until after I stopped nursing. I had my two children less than a year apart so I gained roughly 50lbs with #1 and 30lbs with #2. I weaned my second son at 6.5 months and did not start losing weight until he was roughly 7.5 months. I lost roughly 10lbs quickly and have been struggling…

coffee and flavored creamer, Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (original, not light and only half a serving), mashed potatoes, french fries, Really I don't give up anything. I need to learn that all things can be eaten/drank in moderation.

I am so very thankful for tracking. I have learned a lot from the last few days. I have to stick with this plan. I don't have a choice my husband and I both need to lose weight and this is helping me to keep track of my portions, what I eat, when I eat and make notes as to why I eat. My BIG problem lately is I'm just not…

what I am finding is I might not eat them all each day but I might over the week end up eating them all back..does that make sense?

I was on BCP. A lot of my issues I think were related to the fact that we had two children less than a year apart. I went on BCP while nursing my second and when I stopped nursing I went back to normal BCP. When nursing you can only be on the mini-pill which is progesterone only. When we decided on a permanent method of…

I suggest Healthy Choice if you want to go this route. They have the lowest in sodium I have found. Of course it is always better to try and make your own dinners. Processed food is bad bad bad.
-
I actually gained approx 10 lbs. It also took me over a year for my cycle to get back to "normal"

this is why I did not renew WW after my first few months were over. I had a feeling that I was not eating enough, even with eating all my extra weekly points. I also ate way more processed food on WW because of convenience and lets face it THAT is not how you live. I need to have roughly 1500 cal a day to lose weight. I…

IMO the only thing worth going there for is dessert and coffee. Even if you split an entree it is so bad for you.
-
in my opinion and from what I learned through WW that any type of activity should be counted. I can tell you that it helps me to maintain focus. I do work out and actually workout 4 days a week. I am not one to eat every two to three hours. Just because I am a SAHM doesn't mean I have that luxury. It is hard enough to…

My thoughts exactly.

I have been getting petite burgers (no cheese :-( ) and a side salad (no cheese and a small amount of dressing) it is still higher in calories but at least I don't feel so bad about eating out. We eat out roughly once a week so I have been trying to find small ways to feel less guilty

When my youngest stopped nursing that is when I started to lose weight. Some women lose weight like mad when nursing but not me. I got as low at 139 and then my 30's kicked in and I'm up to 156. I would say it is a good thing if you are like me an unable to lose weight effectively while nursing. While nursing we should…
