Not real sure about the water b4 eating, but I do know that you need to drink 8 - 8oz glasses of water everyday. I hope that helped.

Look at it this way, we didn't put the weight on over night and it's not going to go away over night. You have lost 10% of your boby fat, and I say that is pretty darn good. That was strange. I dnt have a story to tell about my weight loss, but b4 when I was larger, some kids screamed out their car window at me and asked why did I get so fat. I was CRUSHED by that.

I have been were your at, my scale has not moved in over a month. But the ppl here keep me going. Try mixing up your food, like eat dinner at breakfast. Go for a walk with a friend. Dnt give up, you can do this!::smile:

we eat about the same time as you, so I think I will try to move it back an hour and see if that helps. Plus I will drink more water at night. I dnt eat junk food at night, I eat good healthy food, just to much of it.

Hi, I don't think that I am still Hot, cuz I have finished the Menopause Crawl, (you know when you are so hot you want to crawl into the freezer). But at times I still get a little hot. I'm 52, and having the time of my life. My DH (darling Husband) has retired and we are getting to travel alot. I love it!
