a YUMMY 71 calorie snack!

Just wanted to share what I just made for a whopping 71 calories...

take one cocopop cake (16 calories) and smear with one laughing cow light cheese, then add 1 tbsp of low sugar jelly/preserves (i went with smuckers reduced sugar strawberry). surprisingly filling and hit the spot for crunchy/sweet/creamy!

    What is a cocopop cake?

    I made something that may sound similar but a little higher in calories: 1 mini sponge cake, add a tbs of light jelly and top with a mixture of 2 tsp light ricotta mixed with a packet of stevia. You can top with fresh berries.

    i get them at either wegman's or redner's, they are about the size of a pita but only 16 calories, no fat, no sugar, etc
