Trying my best to sort out the food side of it - managing to stay under calories most days but struggling to stick with macros (seem to be going over). Find it hard due to my job (work various shifts), mum of 2 (1 of which has autism) so trying to make changes and better choices Did you find 30 day shred made a difference?…

Have you thought maybe they are looking at you with admiration. They may know how anxious and difficult you have found it to even step into the gym and if they havent well to hell with them. You have as much right to be there as them. Make sure you know how to use the machines and get your earphones in and go for it…

Well rain got worse (torrential i think would be a good word for it) so decided to do 30 day shred - burned 128 calories so to make up for the non run I am going to take my gym gear into work tonight and do some running on treadmill. I will be bikini ready - just need to keep thinking about this when i dont feel like doing…

Thank you for your advice. I got my calorie count etc after reading Thinner, leaner, Stronger by Michael Matthews but when I entered my details into the MyFitnessPal they came in different - should I just go with the MFP calulations? I am going to start a fresh from tomorrow morning and will open up my food diary Thanks
