Do NOT give up!!!! You can do this! Give your body time to adjust to the changes you are making! Also what is your food intake like!? Try to eliminate as MANY processed foods as you can! That will help alot! Good luck!!!! Love and hugs ~D

Weight training!!!!! :-) Women will NOT bulk up with weight training it will tone you up and lean your body out! I have been weight training WITH intense cardio and have lost 64 lbs and have muscle.....muscles are sexy!

I would like to lose 30 by May! If you think about it.......it's more than possible! 2-3lbs a week is a healthy weight loss!! I have been running alot and Up'n the protein in my diet! It helps tremendously! #addme

I would get as much protein in as you possibly can! My trainer told me to do a gram of protein per pound of weight! 120lbs= 120 grams of protein! Protein feeds muscles and starves fat! So your body will build more muscle!

A friend of mine.....went to a metabolic clinic......after losing 50 pounds she hit a plateau! They told her to eat 6 apples......that's it.....for one day. and JUST a sip of water if need be and that will kick her back into losing....and it worked.....for her! I have not tried it though

Well I have found that the serving size is about 6 slices. So reduce the serving and you have reduced the sodium to at least half.

True! However if someone MEETS their caloric intake but then workout that's the difference. If you meet your caloric intake, workout THEN take BACK in what you burned....wouldnt that defeat the purpose!?

No I don't think that is too high at all! I just signed up for this site last week.......but I have dropped 6lbs a week with no problems! One this that I believe is essential to effective weight loss is eating every 2.5 to 3 hours! After 4 hours the body stores what you eat as fat.....eating this often also aids in…

Indeed it is here.. I have tried so so so many diets...it is UNREAL! Now I am going with a healthier approach to eating and letting the chips fall where they may!
