No matter if you succeed on your daily goal or not...keep tracking your exercise and meals....eventually it makes a big difference...
Try to select friends who have great eating and exercise habits (you will gain knowledge, support, and constructive criticism from those who are consistant).....
Leave your diary open for your friends to review and help when needed.....
Drink at least 1/2 your body weight in water (i.e. if you weight 200lbs then you need to consume at least 100ozs of water daily)...
