  • You could always get a fast food salad... although not easy or recommended to eat WHILE driving! but yes, snacks are a good idea to help not OVER eat while having to eat out... granola bars, bananas

A friend also just introduced me to something from Special K... they are cracker chips and really good! just like chips. the serving size is much larger than chips (i believe its 30 chips) for less calories... you could check those out.
