fruity water

Ok so the ice machine in my freezer decided to stop working and it is HOT out, so I decided to pop some frozen strawberries into my glass of water to get it cold, and it is very tasty! I made a whole pitcher with a little lemon juice and some splenda and it is even better after sitting a couple hours, but how would you count the calories? I am not eating the fruit, the berries got mushy and pale... not very appetizing, but there must be some calories or nutrition in there. I am hoping to get some vitamin C especially, the calories aren't a big deal since strawberries don't have a lot anyway, I am just logging as if I am eating them.
But really try this, its really good.

I have a co-worker that does the same thing to make tea... basically leave fruit mashed in water for a bit and there ya go! I like to make popsicles from blended frozen fruits/juices.
(okay, that doesn't hel your calorie question at all...)0 -
try www.calorielab.com I think that's it and that may be able to help you with the calories.0
